Thekkady – Periyar Lake Boating resumed on 28 June 2017. Happy news for travellers to Thekkady. The boating which was stopped for last couple of weeks due to the lower water levels in Periyar Lake has restarted with Daily 5 Trips. Thekkady boating Time schedule is as follows: 7:30 AM, 9:30 AM, 11:15 AM, 01:45 PM, 03:30 PM.
The monsoon in Kerala has helped to increase the water level in Periyar Lake which paved way to resume the boating operations.
Thekkady boating in monsoon will be a good experience with the lush Green Forest all around you.
