- The tree house is located in an area that is accessible only by foot. The 4 wheel drive Jeep will only be able to take you as close to a km of the tree house. So, one will have to trek uphill for the one km distance. Therefore it is essential that you carry only the bare essentials. Remember austerity is the key.
- The food that will be served to you at Vanya will be vegetarian. These are prepared from the vegetables and herbs that are grown at Vanya.
- Amenities like electricity are limited because we have to rely on the solar powered panels and windmill.
- Hot water is prepared using an indigenous stove that uses firewood.
- In the Tree house we provide toilet WC (Indian water Closet) instead of EWC (European Water Closet)
