OTHER HOTEL POLICY
- The guests are not allowed to cook inside the property.
- We also don’t allow parcels from outside as we emphasis on hygiene and quality.
- Our coffee shop is open 24×7.
- Guests are not permitted to drink alcohol in public areas
- We do not allow pets inside the premises
- Guests are required to provide valid ID proof during the time of check-in.
- The standard check-in time is 2pm and checkout time is 11am.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Your reservations are guaranteed against full payment of money and can be paid via cash, credit card, debit card, UPI transfer, DD or a service voucher at the time of booking or before the cut-off date.
- In case of no show or cancellation of the reservation, the resort has the right to levy retention charges.
- In the unlikely event of our inability to accommodate you or your guests holding a guaranteed reservation – we are liable to arrange alternate accommodation for them.
- The guests have the option to avail or not avail food from the restaurant. The charges for the food (i.e breakfast, lunch, dinner) are only applicable when the guest avails it.
- All the special requests by the guest are subject to availability upon arrival.
- Standard check-in and checkout times are 2:00pm and 11:00am respectively.
- Every Indian guest is liable to produce valid ID proof during the time of check-in.
- Every Foreign guest is liable to produce a valid passport and visa during the time of check-in as per the Foreigners Act 1947 and Registration of Foreign Rules 1992. A guest holding a PIO/OCI card must produce the document for staying here.
CANCELATION POLICY
- Cancellations prior to 45 days before the arrival are entitled to a refund of 90% on the full amount.
- Cancellations prior to 25 to 45 days before the arrival are entitled to a refund of 75% on the full amount.
- Cancellations prior to 15-25 days before the arrival are entitled to a refund of 50% on the full amount.
- Cancellations prior to 0-15 days before the arrival are not entitled to a refund.
- Cancellation of reservations between 20th of December to 10th of January, are not entitled to any kind of refund.
